Paul
Paul, the co-owner and director at Perfect Floors, is our mobile showroom maestro, providing precise measurements and on-the-spot quotes. When you work with Paul, you can expect exceptional service. He personally measures and calculates everything on-site, ensuring accuracy and helping customers make informed decisions with samples and prices right there.
Paul loves travelling with his wife and daughter, sharing their home with a cat and a python. He and his daughter even have an Instagram account for their cat. He enjoys fishing, camping, and swimming, and has recently taken up yoga. Known as the soul of the company, Paul always returns from holidays with a wealth of intriguing stories. Here’s to Paul – a friend, floor whiz, and the guy who makes your brand-new flooring look perfect.
Dmitri
Dmitri, our director and main technician at Perfect Floors, is the heartbeat of the company. With a tool in one hand and years of experience in the other, he’s our go-to flooring superhero. At home, he’s a super dad to his three kids, always ready for fishing, camping, and adventurous travels – where he’s not just pitching tents but also dishing out gourmet camping cuisine that leaves the team begging for more.
Known for his integrity and commitment, Dmitri is a man of his word, taking care of both his clients and his team like family. Here’s to many more years of leading, inspiring, and creating with endless stories to tell – and delicious meals to share around the campfire!
Radion
Radion heads up our Kitchens Division, where he blends innovative design with functional style. His creative vision and craftsmanship ensure that every kitchen is not only stunning but also perfectly suited to each client’s unique needs.
Fun Fact: In his twenties, Radion took a year off to travel the world. He even spent 2 months in India, soaking in the rich culture and natural beauty. In his lifetime he skydived more than 50 times.
Rod
Rod is the reliable force behind all supply and installation coordination at Perfect Floors. He’s the one who ensures everything runs like clockwork, managing all back-office processes with ease. If you’ve ever reached out to us, chances are you’ve heard his friendly voice guiding you through. Rod’s dedication and wonderful energy are truly appreciated by the team.
Outside of work, Rod has a diverse set of passions. He enjoys cars, spending time with his friends, surfing and going to the gym.
Lili
Lili, our energetic salesperson at Perfect Floors, expertly guides you through selecting the perfect flooring. Whether scheduling your measure & quote with Paul or coordinating installations with Rod, she handles every detail with care. Lili stays in constant contact with all our suppliers, ensuring even unusual client requests are met promptly – often within a day. Her dedication and positive impact keep our team running smoothly.
Outside of work, Lili enjoys volleyball, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and has recently embraced CrossFit to stay fit.

l would like to share my experience that l had about 18 months ago trying to decide on what sort of flooring l wanted to use in my investment properties l new there was a lot of new ideas etc. Vinyl, vinyl planks commercial grade vinyl and also carpet that would last, with tenants moving in and out regularly l was unsure of what product to use,
l wandered the streets going shop to shop after 6 hours l was tired and just over the process l couldn't find anyone that could or would help me decide on what to use the shops l when into and the people l spoke to had no idea anymore then l did,
So l thought l may as well just use tiles and cheap carpet then on the way home l saw a sign that said Perfect Flooring and l thought l would check it out as l was driving past

Perfect Floors did an amazing job of installing vinyl plank flooring over the top of our aging ceramic tiles in our rental property. Perfect Floors laid Vinyl Planks (New England Blackbutt) which are lovely to walk on and super practical. We get so many great comments as no-one can believe they're vinyl planks.
As far as the team goes - we had great dealings with all of them. Paul did the initial house visit and measure up - really informative, practical and honest. Lilia is always so helpful and Rod is a saint dealing with all the bookings, accounts and issues. And I can't forget the young man who spent days on a Jackhammer - poor thing!
At one point early on when I was having a meltdown about the original tile removal (not their fault - but an 80's era house with stubborn tiles and glue that resisted removal) - Dimitry came out to calm me down and reassure me that all will be fine and the end result will be worth it. Which it totally was!
Highly recommend Perfect Floors. So much so that we've booked them again to lay the same vinyl planks upstairs and on our Staircase.

I went to their store to pick the color on a Saturday. Very friendly team and even have free carpets there lol.
The installation took about 3 days, and the project manager provided updates and was quick on responses. I wasn’t able to be there due to work but was very glad to come back to a clean apartment with freshly installed flooring.

Very happy with Perfect Floors and the work they did. They replaced carpet with hybrid flooring in my home. The process was very smooth - a very quick quote and they started the work almost immediately, and the work was done to a very high standard. Paul explained the quote and installation aspects very well, and the job went exactly as explained - no surprise costs on the day. He is the owner, always good to deal with the business owner. Five large rooms were carpeted, which we asked to be staggered over two separate days to allow for major furniture shifting. No problems. The installation went so smoothly, guys turning up exactly when they committed, and every room laid just great. I can see why they attract five star ratings. This is another one.

I had engineered timber flooring installed throughout my house, including stairs and I’m thrilled with the results! The team handled everything, but floor grinding, leveling, and glue-down perfectly. A very good piece of advice that will make most any carpet you purchase even more satisfying is to purchase the very best ‘high density’ underlay as the cost is reasonably affordable to upgrade to and it will make a huge amount of difference to the overall feel of your carpet.
