Great to deal with. Knowledgeable about there projects. Joseph did a great job installing the vinyl flooring. He was easy to deal with. Explained the process and the problems with our unlevel floor and straightened it out. The floors look’s great. The carpet layer also did a great job.

Very professional service and communication. We found termites and they helped us through the process bring very patient while wr waited for builders. Greg the carpet layer was so good and installed our carpets without fuss. Thanks to the team

My wife and I are extremely pleased that we chose Perfect Floors to refit our bedrooms with 4.5mm Premium Vinyl Planks.The Customer experience from the initial phone call to having the inspection and quote (which included extremely valuable and expertly thought-through advice), to the actual removal of the carpets, through to the laying of the vinyl planks was first class.The team at Perfect Floors was even able to complete the job within a very tight timeframe ... we had our new floors ready to walk on by 31/12/2024 ... a great way to start 2025 with a fresh new look.My wife and I couldn't be happier as the vinyl planks have exceeded our expectations in every possible way.In conclusion, my wife and I highly recommend Perfect Floors for anyone contemplating the need to replace their existing floor coverings.Cheers from Paul (Springfield Lakes)

Being able to take many samples home made the decision easy. Installation by Virtalik was incredible, amazing attention to detail. Gregg & Matt arrived punctually and multi-tasked - talked with me whilst continuously working. They helped in moving & replacing two very heavy barn doors to enable the master bedroom carpet to be laid. Altogether they were ambassadors for their company. Thanks to all, RAD

Last August we hired this company for flooring of our upper level and the staircases downstairs for a reasonable price.As a matter of fact, they had to totally get rid of the carpet of all the floors and replace it with laminate.Unfortunately, the uneven floors installed by the house constructors decades ago required quite a big piece of job in levelling the floors in the study and in the hallway.As a result, instead of planned 3 days, all the works took as long as 7 days, including Saturday.For all this periods, their main contractor created incredibly neat workplace for himself and his partners, leaving unexpected minimum dust and dirt mess both for the operational surfaces and for the rest of the house, where we, a family of four, were able to live in relative comfort.Additionally, another contractor found, designed and accomplished the solution of installation some vinyl coverage in the entrance area, which gave to their job functional and aesthetical finish.All in all, we were surprised and satisfied by the quality of all their works and service for the declared price and would highly recommend the Perfect Floors to our friends.

Last August we hired this company for flooring of our upper level and the staircases downstairs for a reasonable price.As a matter of fact, they had to totally get rid of the carpet of all the floors and replace it with laminate.Unfortunately, the uneven floors installed by the house constructors decades ago required quite a big piece of job in levelling the floors in the study and in the hallway.As a result, instead of planned 3 days, all the works took as long as 7 days, including Saturday.For all this periods, their main contractor created incredibly neat workplace for himself and his partners, leaving unexpected minimum dust and dirt mess both for the operational surfaces and for the rest of the house, where we, a family of four, were able to live in relative comfort.Additionally, another contractor found, designed and accomplished the solution of installation some vinyl coverage in the entrance area, which gave to their job functional and aesthetical finish.All in all, we were surprised and satisfied by the quality of all their works and service for the declared price and would highly recommend the Perfect Floors to our friends.

Very unfortunate as im sure they would do a good job but they couldn't match our current floors, asked us to find the flooring so we did and purchased the flooring. Now the job is too small and they *only* supply and install.Wish this had been made clear at the begining as we are now struggling to find someone to do a small job unless we pay a massive premium.

Very helpful with advising on the type of floorboards needed (we went with hybrid boards), and exceedingly patient when body corporate took forever to approve our application to change the flooring. Workmen showed up on time, were professional and friendly, and did a great job, including with clean up. Very happy with their service and the final job, and would highly recommend.
