We're extremely happy with the job Paul and the team at Perfect Floors did on our downstairs flooring.

Perfect Floors laid Vinyl Planks (New England Blackbutt) which are lovely to walk on and super practical. We get so many great comments as no-one can believe they're vinyl planks.

As far as the team goes - we had great dealings with all of them. Paul did the initial house visit and measure up - really informative, practical and honest. Lilia is always so helpful and Rod is a saint dealing with all the bookings, accounts and issues. And I can't forget the young man who spent days on a Jackhammer - poor thing!

At one point early on when I was having a meltdown about the original tile removal (not their fault - but an 80's era house with stubborn tiles and glue that resisted removal) - Dimitry came out to calm me down and reassure me that all will be fine and the end result will be worth it. Which it totally was!

Highly recommend Perfect Floors. So much so that we've booked them again to lay the same vinyl planks upstairs and on our Staircase.

Great experience with Perfect Floors! They installed carpet in five rooms and completed everything very quickly. We and our cat absolutely love the final result!
