Last August we hired this company for flooring of our upper level and the staircases downstairs for a reasonable price.As a matter of fact, they had to totally get rid of the carpet of all the floors and replace it with laminate.Unfortunately, the uneven floors installed by the house constructors decades ago required quite a big piece of job in levelling the floors in the study and in the hallway.As a result, instead of planned 3 days, all the works took as long as 7 days, including Saturday.For all this periods, their main contractor created incredibly neat workplace for himself and his partners, leaving unexpected minimum dust and dirt mess both for the operational surfaces and for the rest of the house, where we, a family of four, were able to live in relative comfort.Additionally, another contractor found, designed and accomplished the solution of installation some vinyl coverage in the entrance area, which gave to their job functional and aesthetical finish.All in all, we were surprised and satisfied by the quality of all their works and service for the declared price and would highly recommend the Perfect Floors to our friends.

Very unfortunate as im sure they would do a good job but they couldn't match our current floors, asked us to find the flooring so we did and purchased the flooring. Now the job is too small and they *only* supply and install.Wish this had been made clear at the begining as we are now struggling to find someone to do a small job unless we pay a massive premium.

Paul and his install team (Greg and Matt) were very prompt, reliable and professional for my short notice job (re-carpet of 5 rooms, hallway and stairs). Very reasonably priced compared to the big players in the market e.g., Anderson, Carpet Call etc. I will be getting them back to do another flooring job next year. Thanks team.

I needed to replace my flooring through the entire apartment. The highly professional team at Perfect Floors did an excellent job. Especially the prep & laying job done by Roman....Initially I thought he was too fussy with the grinding...but I now understand his meticulous nature with floor prep and blending of the vinyl floor planks...the pattern looks great. They had no problems sourcing the carpet (we were after a particular type), were very flexible with installation date, great communication and did a fantastic job.
